The software known as ScreenConnect or ConnectWise is provided free of charge to our customers. It is licenced under their terms and conditions by YrlessPlus Ltd.

So we don't bore you with the long version of terms and conditions, this is a brief outline of what you need to be aware of.
Once ScreenConnect is installed on your computer, it allows us (YrlessPlus Ltd) readily available access to your computer for remote support.

The software:

• A brief technical outline of your computers hardware and physical state.
• Shows snapshots of your screen at a given time as part of the device data at our end.
• Allows us on-demand access to your computer as we deem required.
• Allows yourself and us to chat-window as a remote session goes on.
• Can be uninstalled at any time, either by yourself or remotely by us on request. Simply inform us after a support session to have it removed.

Our responsibilitties to you:

• We have no interest in your computer apart from remote support.
  With the amount of customers on or network it is time-wasting, detrimental, unprofessional and violates the trust of our customers to use it when not required.
• We keep access to the ScreenConnect portal secure to the best of our abilities.
